Today I am taking you to the ocean shore in Reykjavik. It is the port of Skarfabakki, from which ships mainly sail to the nearby island of Viðey. There was the massive Dettifoss cargo ship, looking like three apartment blocks. Beside me, one man was fishing and the other was just staring at the ocean motionless. He stood and listened. I think we all missed the summer sounds. Close your eyes and listen to the sounds of ducks, gulls and mooring ships.
