I was supposed to wait a bit, but I couldn’t wait to show you this sound. Yesterday on Sólheimajökull (glacier in South Iceland, between Katla and Eyjafjallajökull volcanoes) the weather was fabulous. No wind, sun, warm as in summer. And since it has been raining a bit lately, rocks are flying from the slopes surrounding the glacier’s tongue. Pieces of it are also breaking off the forehead. In addition, as in Reykjanes it shook again (M5.4!) Even more stones fell and it got a bit scary, so I don’t recommend it 😉 But the sounds are delicious. I was listening to it all day today, just to come back there for a moment and feel the light reflecting off the ice on my face. (Today there’s another storm in Iceland)
